Daily Truck Inspection

Print a Truck Inspection report to use as a guide to visually inspect and record the condition of a vehicle.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Oil & Energy

Grant permission to the individual report> Oil & Energy > Daily Truck Inspection

Create Your Report

Use the drop down calendar to select a Date of the Truck Inspection or enter using the mm/dd/yy date format.

Enter the Truck ID or use F12 to search.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
